Brian Lavery

Brian Lavery is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and sourcing management. Currently retired since December 2023, Brian previously served as the Global Technology Category Manager at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from February 2019. Prior to this role, Brian held the position of IT Sourcing Category Manager at BP from October 2013 to October 2018, and Global Sourcing Manager at Unilever from February 1996 to September 2013. Earlier in Brian's career, roles included Management Information Systems Manager at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts from November 1988 to November 1995, Regional DP Manager at Sun International from January 1983 to September 1988, and Electronics Tester at stc from April 1981 to April 1985. Brian Lavery pursued education at the Open University between 1995 and 1998.
