Christine Palermo

Christine Palermo is an experienced professional in workplace experience and operations, currently serving as the US Head of Workplace Experience at Freshfields since April 2023. Prior to this role, Christine held the position of Senior Director, Workplace Experience and Operations at FTI Consulting, where responsibilities included managing workplace hospitality and building services for over 750 employees in the New York Metro Region. Christine has a strong background in support services, having served as the Director of Hospitality & Support Services at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, where a focus on service excellence and operational efficiency was established. Earlier career experiences include leading corporate events at Credit Suisse and managing event coordination at Lehman Brothers, along with marketing support at The Chase Manhattan Bank. Christine holds a BA in History/Secondary Education from Providence College.
