Jennifer Parton

Jennifer Parton has over 27 years of work experience in finance and accounting. Jennifer is currently serving as the Global Head of Financial Control at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer since 2024. Prior to this, they were the CFO at Mills & Reeve from 2019 to 2024. Jennifer also worked at PwC for over 22 years, holding various director-level roles in finance operations, group financial control, and assurance. Jennifer started their career as an Audit Senior Associate at PwC in 1997.

Jennifer Parton attended Lossiemouth High School from 1987 to 1993. After graduating high school, they went on to the University of Aberdeen from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Master of Arts (Honours) degree in Accountancy. Following their undergraduate studies, Jennifer enrolled in ICAS - The Professional Body of CAs from 1997 to 2001, obtaining the qualification of Chartered Accountant.
