Lauren Tierney

Lauren Tierney currently serves as the US Head of Talent and HR/Talent Advisory at Freshfields since February 2024. Prior to this role, Lauren held the position of Director of Professional Development at Winston & Strawn LLP from October 2021 to February 2024. Lauren's experience also includes serving as Associate Director of the Legal Talent Office for Learning & Development at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP from November 2014 to October 2021, and as a Litigation Associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP from September 2009 to October 2014. Lauren holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology from Bucknell University.
