Liz Gyurindak

Liz Gyurindak has extensive work experience in HR and business consulting roles. Liz currently holds the position of Global Head of HR Operations at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer since February 2022. Prior to that, Liz worked at Clifford Chance as the Global HR Operations Director for over 14 years, where they played a crucial role in setting the strategic direction for the Global Human Resources function and leading various global HR initiatives. Before joining Clifford Chance, they served as an HR Manager at Williams Lea and worked as a Business Consultant at The Lafferty Group and Neos Interactive Ltd. Liz also gained experience in finance and administration as the Controller of Ciao Bella Gelato and as a Manager of Accounting and Administration at Airmedia.com. Liz started their career at Directions for Decisions, where they served as the Vice President of Business Administration for nearly a decade.

Liz Gyurindak's education history includes a Management Programme from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford (2010-2011), a BSc in Business Administration and Economics from SUNY Empire State College (2001-2004), an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Accounting from Hudson County Community College (1997-2000), and a High School diploma from Curtis High School (1981-1984). Liz also obtained a certification as a Human Resource Management Professional (HRMP) in 2012. In terms of additional certifications, Liz has obtained various certifications in human resources, including the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification and the Global Professional in Human Resources® (GPHR®) Certification. Liz also holds a Workday Pro HCM certification from Workday, obtained in 2021.
