Peter Frampton

Peter Frampton is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in performance and reward management. Currently serving as Global Head of Performance and Total Rewards at Freshfields since June 2025, Peter is also an Advisory Board Member at the Reward & Employee Benefits Association (REBA) since October 2024. Previously, Peter held the position of Head of Talent, Performance and Reward and Global HRBPs at Teneo from March 2023 to May 2025, and Managing Director: Head of Group Performance and Reward at HSBC from July 2015 to October 2022. Peter's earlier roles include key positions at UBS, Goldman Sachs, WestLB, and Cantor Fitzgerald, showcasing a robust background in HR reporting, analytics, and operations management. Peter's educational foundation was established at The Latymer School from 1989 to 1996.
