Rainer Schröder

Rainer Schröder has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1988 at Dresdner Bank AG as part of the Volkswirtschaftliche Abteilung. Rainer then moved on to Invesco Asset Management GmbH in 1995 as a Managing Director, where they stayed until 2005. From 2005 to 2007, they served as the Business Head Germany at Threadneedle Investments. Rainer then joined WestLB Mellon Asset Management as a Managing Director from 2008 to 2009. Rainer Schröder then founded Rainer Schroeder Consulting in 2009 and worked as a Business Owner there until 2014. Currently, they are working at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where they started in 2014. Rainer has held various positions at Freshfields, including Head of Learning & Development Continental Europe and currently serves as the Head of HR Continental Europe.

Rainer Schröder has a Master's degree in Economics from Bielefeld University, which they obtained from 1982 to 1988. Rainer also holds a Certificate in Leading the effective sales force from INSEAD, which they earned in 2002. In 2010, they became a Certified Business Trainer (BDVT) from Coaching Concepts. In 2017, they completed the Accredited Practitioner MBTI Step I & II program in Psychometrics and Quantitative Psychology at A-M-T Management Performance AG. Additionally, Rainer Schröder received a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Bielefeld University. Rainer has obtained various certifications, including Strengthscope Practitioner from Strengthscope®, ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation, Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Associate Certified Coach (ICF) from the International Coach Federation, and Mental Health First Aider from Accredible.
