Sofia Jung

Sofia Jung has a strong background in human resources and executive search. Sofia worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer as the Head of Recruiting for Germany and Central Europe starting in 2023. Prior to this, they held roles at Gleiss Lutz, including Co-Head of Human Resources and Director of HR Legal. Before that, they worked at Russell Reynolds Associates in executive search and research. Sofia began their career at Booz Allen Hamilton as a research professional.

Sofia Jung completed their education from Goethe University Frankfurt between 2002 and 2007, earning a Diplom Kauffrau degree in Economics. It is not clear if they pursued any further education at Sapienza Università di Roma.
