Mariia Romanova

Mariia Romanova is a Human Resources Generalist at Freshflow since June 2022, responsible for organizing events, managing documentation, and handling corporate culture initiatives including diversity and inclusion. Previously held the role of Human Resources Specialist, focusing on organizational management and communications. Additionally, Mariia has volunteered as a social media coordinator for VERIS Democracy, a designer for the United Nations, and a volunteer for Amnesty International, where tasks included event organizing and support for refugees. Experience also includes serving as a "Student Buddy" at Universität Passau and completing internships in HR and analytics. Mariia is pursuing a Master's degree in Development Studies at Universität Passau, building on a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the Higher School of Economics.
