Heather Briant

Heather Briant is the current Director at Freshii. Heather has over 18 years of experience in Human Resources and has worked for various companies including Cineplex Entertainment, Canadian Tire, Ross Video Limited, Freshii Inc., HOMEQ Corporation and HomEquity Bank. Briant has a wealth of experience in corporate strategy, talent selection/development, succession planning, organization effectiveness, total and executive compensation, capital accumulation plans, payroll, corporate governance and corporate social responsibility. Heather has also served on various boards and committees including the Compensation, Nominating and Governance Committee, Special Committee and Risk Committee.

Heather Briant has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management and the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Heather also has certification from the Institute of Corporate Directors in ICD.D and certification from the HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association in Certified Human Resources Executive.
