Meera Joshi

Meera Joshi currently serves as the Head of Insurance at Freshminds, a position held since May 2025. Prior to this, Meera worked as an Executive Search Consultant at Damhurst from March 2024 to May 2025 and held multiple positions at Harrison Holgate, including Associate Director & DEI Lead and Manager, from February 2021 to March 2024. Meera also has extensive experience at Venquis, where roles included Head of Insurance Delivery & Regional Manager, Team Leader - Insurance Contract, and Senior Consultant - Account Development, from August 2016 to February 2021. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Client Resource Consultant at ea Change Group from January 2015 to August 2016. Meera Joshi earned a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from Aston University in January 2013 and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the same institution in January 2010.
