Michael Peyser

Michael Peyser currently serves as the Head of Revenue Operations & Strategy at Freshpaint, a position held since March 2025. In addition, Michael is a member of Pavilion since September 2021 and previously held the role of Revenue Strategy & Operations at Betterment from June 2022 to March 2025, focusing on business analysis. Prior to this, Michael worked as Director of Revenue Strategy & Operations at Butler Hospitality from November 2020 to June 2022, where responsibilities included sales management and business analysis. Earlier in the career path, Michael was an Enterprise Business Operations professional at ALICE, focusing on business analysis. Michael’s background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Services Marketing from The University of Alabama and a Data Science certification from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
