Aditya Vikram Sharma

Aditya Vikram Sharma has a diverse work experience in training and operations roles. Aditya Vikram currently works at FreshToHome as an Operations Trainer, where they are responsible for training new employees and improving the service level of delivery executives. Additionally, they set grooming standards and provides soft skill training to enhance their performance. Prior to this, Aditya worked as a Training Manager at Bachpan...a play school, where they managed the academic program and provided training and coaching to a team of teachers. Aditya Vikram also handled recruitment, training, and development of teachers, counsellors, and directors. Before that, they worked at Safeducate as a Functional Trainer, where they shared their knowledge and skills in logistics, supply chain management, and e-commerce. Aditya Vikram mentored trainees, helped them develop soft skills, and managed training functions and workshops.

Aditya Vikram Sharma completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from UPES, graduating in 2020. Prior to that, they pursued their Master of Commerce degree in Business Administration and Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University between 2015 and 2017. During the same period, they also obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business Operations from the same institution. Aditya Vikram Sharma earned their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business/Commerce from Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, Agra, from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, they hold a Foundation degree in Business/Commerce from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, completed in 2012.

In terms of certifications, Aditya Vikram Sharma received a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from the Aveta Business Institute in August 2022. In June 2019, they completed the Train The Trainer (Online Programme) from Neeta Training & Consultancy Services. In August 2018, they obtained the Pehla-Kadam_Your-First-Step-to-Safeducate certification from Safeducate.
