Brian E. Hoff

Brian E. Hoff currently serves as Vice President of Product Management at GE Vernova and GE Digital, where responsibilities include co-innovating with customers and leading product management strategy in the Asset Management & Analytics portfolio. An advisory board member for multiple organizations, including 1871 and the Chicago Innovation Awards, Brian has extensive experience in innovation leadership, having previously held the position of Vice President of Innovation at Exelon, where innovation culture for 38,000 employees was significantly enhanced. Brian’s early career included roles in network and cybersecurity engineering, culminating in leadership positions in IT strategy and innovation. Academically, Brian holds an Advanced Management Program certification from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering Technology.
