David Mack

David Mack is the Director of Technology at Freshwater Advisors. David has over twelve years of experience in recruiting, including lead recruiter for Iron Mountain Digital. David is responsible for fully recruiting Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Project Management and Technical Support positions. In their previous role, David was responsible for 20% growth in company size and has helped the company save over $400,000 in recruiting fees. David has also developed a college recruiting/internship program which has been successful in attracting top talent.

David Mack has a Masters in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma, a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Logistics and Transportation from the University of Maryland, a certification from LinkedIn as a LinkedIn Certified Professional–Recruiter, a certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute as a Professional of Human Resources, and a certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Certified Personal Trainer.
