Donal Bracken has a diverse background in the culinary industry, starting as a porter/pot washer at Bridge House Hotel & Leisure Club and working their way up to Chef De Partie. Donal has experience as a Head Chef at Spinners Guesthouses and has held roles in quality assurance and technical management. Currently working as an Interim Quality Manager at Freshways Food Co., Donal holds a Higher Cert Level 6 in Quality and Lean Management from Technological University of the Shannon.
