Ian Mullin

Ian Mullin has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to 2015. Ian'smost recent role was as a Co-founder and one of the Brothers at BelliniBrothers, starting in January 2015. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Innovation at Freshways Food Co, starting in October 2013. Before that, they worked as a Food Writer at WineOnline.ie in April 2012. Ian also had a role as a Freelance Food Consultant, providing consulting services on recipe and menu development, concept generation, and new product development projects. Ian worked as a New Product Development Executive at Natures Best Ltd from April 2012 to October 2013. Ian was a Product Developer at Zumo International from June 2008 to June 2012. Ian Mullin also has experience in festival direction as the Festival Director at Irish Student Drama Association from August 2007 to June 2008, and as the President at DIT Drama Society from August 2006 to June 2008.

Ian Mullin has a Bsc in Product Design from Technological University Dublin, which they obtained from 2005 to 2009. Following this, they pursued an Msc in Culinary Innovation & Food Product Development, which they completed at DIT Cathal Brugha Street from 2010 to 2012.
