Ita McDonagh has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic planning and employee development. Ita has held roles such as Head of HR at Freshways Food Co., where they implemented people strategies and guided teams through challenging projects. Prior to that, they were the Head of HR at Cowper Care Centre Ltd, responsible for building a comprehensive understanding of the organization and developing strategic initiatives to address HR gaps.
