Pelsida D'Souza is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with extensive experience in Human Resources, Learning and Development, and Organizational Development. Currently serving as Group Head of Human Resources at Freshways since April 2023, Pelsida previously held the role of HR, L&D, and OD Consultant at Cerebro Consulting Limited from February 2015 to March 2023, where significant contributions included developing HR strategies and managing complex employee relations for several prominent food industry clients across the UK. Prior to that, Pelsida served as Senior Manager - Refinery Lead at Essar Oil from June 2006 to August 2014, successfully aligning organizational development initiatives with business goals and spearheading various people-related projects. Earlier career achievements also include a leadership role in technical recruitment and training at Collabera, focusing on the banking and financial sectors in the USA.
