Amala Ray

Amala Ray is a Senior Engineering Manager at Freshworks, where they manage multiple engineering squads focused on key modules of the Freshservice product. Previously, Amala worked as a Software Analyst at Radial Inc. and Verizon Data Services, and served as a System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, where they were a module lead on a product recognized in Gartner’s Quadrant.
