Brian Ernst

Brian Ernst is currently the Director and Senior Commercial Legal Counsel at Freshworks, where they manage a team of legal professionals and oversee all go-to-market legal work. Previously, they gained extensive experience as a Senior Cybersecurity Contracts Attorney at the Colorado Governor's Office of Information Technology, negotiating IT contracts and ensuring compliance with state policies. Brian also served as Corporate Counsel at Xactly Corp, where they supported sales teams and addressed customer data privacy concerns. They completed a J.D. at the University of Denver and hold bachelor's degrees in History and Political Science from the University of Colorado Denver.
