Harmeet Singh is a Senior Product Manager at Freshworks, where they are currently focused on the RAG platform and building Conversational Analytics for customers. With over eight years of experience, Harmeet previously led the Search and Experimentation charter at Tata CLiQ and the app adoption initiatives at udaan.com. They hold an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, and a B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Surat.
