Mohan Dass

Mohan Dass is a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment across various organizations. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Freshworks since October 2023, Mohan previously held the position of Senior Recruiter at Atlan from July 2022 to April 2023, where oversight of end-to-end recruitment for the Platform Org was a key responsibility. Prior roles include Senior Associate - Talent Acquisition at Chargebee, where full lifecycle recruiting and strategy development were implemented, and Talent Partner at both Ally.io and Chargebee, managing recruitment processes and employer branding efforts.
