Prashanth Putta is a seasoned product design professional with extensive experience in AI-driven solutions and user experience design. Currently serving as the Product Design Manager for Gen AI at Freshworks since January 2022, Prashanth has successfully led design strategies for AI-powered modules, enhancing usability and business impact while ensuring intuitive user experiences. Previously at AppViewX, roles included Product Manager and UX Architect, where Prashanth spearheaded the development of a user-centric design culture and directed initiatives that significantly improved user satisfaction and product engagement. Prashanth's career began as a UX Designer at AppViewX, with notable achievements including a successful redesign of the Elyments social media platform, vastly increasing its app downloads. Prashanth holds a BTech in Information Technology from Vellore Institute of Technology.
