Reet Kaur is a Lead Product Designer at Freshworks since September 2024. Previously, Reet served as Design Lead - UX at Moonraft from January 2023 to September 2024, overseeing a team of seven designers in enhancing the user experience for IOB's mobile and web portals and developing a comprehensive design system. From January 2021 to December 2022, Reet worked as a User Experience Designer II at Honeywell, where responsibilities included designing the user experience and strategy for a global wireless fire system and conducting extensive user interviews. Reet also gained experience at Qubole as a Member of Technical Staff - UX from January 2020 to January 2021, leading the user experience design for the cluster creation process and redesigning various workflows. Reet holds a Bachelor of Design degree in Industrial and Product Design from UPES, completed in 2020.
