Sharon Head

Sharon Head is currently the Vice President of Customer Success at Freshworks, having previously held the position of Senior Director of Customer Success EMEA at Optimizely. Sharon has a background in various leadership roles in operations, client services, and marketing, having worked at companies such as dotdigital, Teradata Applications, eBay, The Children's Place, Ann Inc, and The Franklin Mint. Sharon obtained a degree in Economics and Marketing from The Wharton School in 1996.
