Siva VM is an experienced engineering leader with a diverse background spanning multiple high-profile companies. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Freshworks since April 2019, Siva VM oversees a team of 22 engineers and is responsible for the Developer platform, the APP review process for the Freshworks Marketplace, quality engineering, and strategic integration development. Prior to Freshworks, Siva VM held senior management roles at Amazon and Groupon, as well as various engineering positions at eBay, Covansys, and Persistent Systems. Siva VM holds a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology and an MBA from The ICFAI University, Dehradun.
