Thiago Ramos

Thiago Ramos is a seasoned professional in IT product management with extensive experience in various roles. Currently, Thiago serves as a Senior Manager at Freshworks, overseeing IT Product Management for both ESM and Order to Cash since February 2021. Prior to this, Thiago spent nearly nine years at Deloitte, advancing from Senior Consultant to Manager, specializing in Order to Cash processes. Thiago began the career at Oracle as a Consultant in the Delivery area, contributing to projects from November 2005 to December 2012. Thiago holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Foreign Commerce from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, completed in 2009.
