Kari Ikonen

Kari Ikonen is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in full stack development, UI/UX design, and project coordination. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Freska since 2022, Kari previously worked at Ecolane from 2015 to 2022, leading the development of a next-generation UI for Ecolane software and managing various project aspects. Prior to that, Kari held positions at Fiksu as a Senior Software Engineer, Stonesoft, and Stonesoft France S.A.S as a Software Engineer, focusing on software solutions and product management. Kari began a career in software engineering at Stonesoft in 1997, also gaining early experience as a trainee at the University of Joensuu. Kari holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Joensuun yliopisto.
