Noora Nikkanen

Noora Nikkanen has a diverse work experience, starting as a sales clerk at Suomen Lähikauppa Oy and transitioning into roles such as barista at Steam Coffee and barista at Waynes Coffee. Noora later moved into volunteer positions at Nordic Business Forum before taking on sales and receptionist roles at Alma Talent and Laattapiste. Noora eventually found their passion in HR Operations and team leadership at Freska, where Noora currently serves as the People Operations Team Lead. Their responsibilities include well-being management, development, CBA management, and training new team members, with a focus on optimizing schedules and customer service for a large team of cleaners and customers. Noora holds a degree in Professional Sales from HAAGA-HELIA University of Applied Sciences.
