Sebastian Heinrichs is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the startup and technology sectors. As Co-Founder and Group Chief Executive Officer of Freska since July 2015, Sebastian has successfully transformed the company into Northern Europe's fastest-growing home services technology provider, attracting investment from prominent venture capital firms. In addition to leadership at Freska, Sebastian serves as an Advisor and Mentor, providing guidance on leadership, fundraising, and personal growth. As a Founding Shareholder and Advisor at Bob W., a tech-enabled hospitality company, Sebastian contributes to scalable and sustainable operations across Europe. Prior experience includes co-founding Taloportaali, an online real estate service marketplace, and Modernia, a real estate development firm in Helsinki. Sebastian holds a degree from Hanken School of Economics.
