Thomas Torp Høisæter has held various roles in their professional career. From 2002 to 2004, they served in the Norwegian Armed Forces as an International Peacekeeper and completed their first service. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as a Rental Sales Agent for AVIS. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as a Seller for NetCom. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as an Exporter Sea for DB Schenker. From 2010 to 2013, they were the Captain/Owner of MS Donna AS. From 2013 to 2016, they were the Production Manager for Bring. From 2016 to 2022, they have held two roles: Head of Infrastructure for Løvenskiold Handel AS and Logistics Manager for Maxbo Teknikk. In their role as Head of Infrastructure, they are responsible for the value chain, including warehouse, logistics and production, as well as tendering, project engineering and project management of large infrastructure projects. Thomas also has P&L responsibility.
Thomas Torp Høisæter attended Asker videregående skole from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained their Generell studiekompetanse, Almenne fag. From 2006 to 2008, they attended the University of South-Eastern Norway, studying Shipping and Logistics.
