Karen Kim

Karen Kim has a strong background in the banking industry with experience in various roles. From 2005 to 2015, they worked at Luther Burbank Savings, starting as a Senior Commercial Loan Processor and later becoming an Asset Manager/Senior Major Loan Underwriter. In this role, they reviewed work completed by Credit Analysts and advised on loan origination and annual review processes. Karen also processed numerous loan applications and ensured timely completion.

In 2015, Karen joined Kinecta Federal Credit Union as the Director of Commercial Credit, where they established a multi-family lending unit and was responsible for creating underwriting guidelines and processes.

From 2015 to 2018, Karen worked at Grandpoint Bank as the Senior Vice President of Multi-Family Lending, overseeing the division's development and generating multi-family loans. Karen created underwriting guidelines and processes while also ensuring credit quality and compliance with banking regulations.

In 2018, Karen moved to Pacific Premier Bank as the Senior Vice President of Multi-Family Lending, where they continued to oversee and develop the division and was responsible for generating multi-family loans and establishing underwriting guidelines and processes.

Later in 2018, Karen joined FFB Bank as the Senior Vice President and Regional Sales Director, focusing on the development and expansion of the Southern California Wholesale Division. Their responsibilities included generating commercial and multi-family loans, creating underwriting guidelines and processes, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations and policies.

Karen Kim received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from UC Santa Barbara.
