Steve Miller

Steve Miller is the President & CEO at Fresno First Bank. Steve was previously with Alliance Financial Group from September 2009 to April 2015 as SEVP- Head of Group Business Banking. Steve was recruited by Temasek to lead the overall Business Banking franchise and was responsible for all Business Development, Product Development and Customer Service/Marketing functions for the commercial bank, including oversight of Transaction Banking, Treasury Sales and E-channels. Some of their key accomplishments include achieving double-digit balance sheet, revenue and PBT growth over the last four financial years as well implementing a high touch relationship based model while maintaining a 42% cost to income ratio. Steve utilized consumer based analytics approach to implement portfolio management techniques for activation, retention, loyalty marketing and risk management which achieved double-digit loan growth while maintaining industry low losses.
