Jeff Blanks

Jeff Blanks, CFE, currently serves as the Director of Budget Planning and Management at California State University, Fresno, a position held since December 2024. Prior to this role, Jeff held various positions at the City of Clovis, including Deputy Finance Director and Accounting Supervisor from July 2017 to December 2024. Jeff's experience also encompasses a tenure at The County of Fresno from February 2008 to June 2017, where responsibilities included Accounting/Financial/Audit Manager and Accountant/Accounting Supervisor. Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California State University, Fresno, between 2003 and 2007.
