Katie Shilling, DNP, MSN, RN has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Katie began their career in 2011 at Community Medical Centers, where they served as a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse Supervisor and Clinical Nurse Educator. In 2019, Katie transitioned to Eye-Q Vision Care, taking on the role of Director of Ambulatory Surgery and Elective Services. Currently, they are working as the Chief Quality Officer at Fresno Surgical Hospital, a position they have held since September 2020.

Katie Shilling, DNP, MSN, RN began their education journey in 2015, attending Western Governors University. Katie completed their Masters of Science in Nursing Leadership and Management from 2015 to 2017. During this program, their field of study encompassed Registered Nursing, Nursing Administration, Nursing Research, and Clinical Nursing.

Continuing their pursuit of advanced education, Katie Shilling attended Chatham University from 2018 to 2019. Here, they obtained a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree, concentrating in Registered Nursing, Nursing Administration, Nursing Research, and Clinical Nursing.
