Justin Garrard

Justin Garrard is an experienced information technology professional currently serving as the Information Technology Coordinator II at Fresno Unified School District since February 2013. With a background that includes roles such as Technology Support Specialist III, II, and I, Justin Garrard has overseen large teams and provided support for thousands of users across various departments in one of California's largest school districts. Prior to working in education, Justin Garrard served in the US Navy as an Aviation Logistics Manager, where responsibilities included managing extensive inventories of aviation support equipment. Justin Garrard holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Information Technology from Heald College.
