Trayce Pedro

Trayce Pedro is a highly experienced professional in the field of human resources. They have held various management positions throughout their career, demonstrating their expertise and leadership abilities. Trayce began their career as the Business Office Manager at Pedro Dairy/D & T Dairy in 1998 and served in this role until 2014. Following that, they worked as the Business Manager at Dairy Solutions, Inc. from 2013 to 2015. Trayce then transitioned into the healthcare industry, joining United Health Centers of the San Joaquin Valley as a Human Resource Generalist from 2015 to 2017. They subsequently became the Human Resources Manager, serving from 2018 to 2021. In 2021, Trayce took on the role of Director of Human Resources at Kings Rehabilitation Center, where they remained until 2023. Currently, Trayce is the Director of Human Resources at Fresno Chaffee Zoo, a position they have held since 2024.

Trayce Pedro, MHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from Colorado State University Global, which was obtained between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, Trayce obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Agricultural Business and Management from California State University, Fresno. Trayce also holds several additional certifications, including SHRM-Senior Certified Professional and SHRM - Certified Professional from the Society of Human Resource Management, obtained in 2018 and 2015 respectively. Trayce also achieved the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification in May 2015.
