Marta Szmit

Marta Szmit is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Director for Poland, Hungary, and Slovenia at Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions since May 2020, after previously holding the position of HR Manager in the same region. Prior experience includes working as a Junior Human Resources Business Partner at Unilever from September 2018 to April 2020 and as an HR Specialist at HAVI from April 2012 to September 2018. Marta also served as an HR Specialist at Carrywater Group S.A. and Eurocash Group, as well as a Coordinator for Recruitment and Training at Procter & Gamble. Marta holds a Master's degree in Management from the University of Warsaw.
