Srinivas Ghanagam

Srinivas Ghanagam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development, talent management, and learning and development. Currently serving as the Director of Global OD at Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions since April 2024, Srinivas holds global responsibilities in these areas, reporting directly to the Global HR VP. Prior to this role, Srinivas held senior HR positions at Freudenberg, including Director of Human Resources for the Freudenberg Regional Corporate Center in India and Vice President of Human Resources for Klueber in Asia Pacific. Earlier career highlights include leadership roles in training and development at Dell Services and Computers and Perot Systems Corporation, as well as foundational experience in the Indian Air Force as a Flight Lieutenant. Srinivas's educational background includes degrees in psychology, personnel management, and commerce, along with certifications in organizational development and change management.
