Mitchell Keiter

Mitchell Keiter has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Co-op Engineer/Intern at LG&E and KU Energy LLC, where they conducted research on gas purification process efficiency and performed tests on process quality control. In 2016, Mitchell became a Tutor at the University of Louisville, where they tutored students in math and chemistry sciences. From 2018 to 2019, they served as a Technical Service and Regulatory Coordinator at Cytech Products, Inc., overseeing product trials, submitting regulatory permits, and ensuring legal compliance. Mitchell then joined ILPEA Industries, Inc., as a Research Development Process Engineer from 2019 to 2022, where they oversaw process improvements, implemented engineering solutions, and designed modified products. In 2022, they worked as a Process Engineer at Autoneum, focusing on reducing production costs, implementing Lean Manufacturing methods, troubleshooting automation systems, and leading process improvement projects. Currently, Mitchell is employed as a Design Assurance Engineer II at Freudenberg Medical.
