Roman Haraja

Roman Haraja has a diverse range of work experience in the engineering field. Roman currently holds the position of Project Engineer at Freudenberg Medical, a role they have been in since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Intuvie as a Product Engineer II from October 2020 to March 2023, where they were responsible for implementing engineering change orders and generating protocols for testing facilities. From January 2017 to December 2019, Roman worked at Edgewell Personal Care as a Tooling Engineer, where they led a product line optimization project and managed vendor selection and manufacturing processes. Roman also has experience as a Project Engineer at Plastic Molding Manufacturing, completing requirements for molded components and developing process DOE(s) and work instructions. Roman's career started at Dassault Systemes, where they served as a Product Definition Intern from May 2013 to December 2014.

Roman Haraja attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 2011 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Plastics Engineering.
