Andrew Espinoza has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Andrew started their career in 2006 as a Mechanical Engineering Co-op at Grede Foundries, Inc. In 2008, they joined Stemco LP as a Product Engineer/Co-op. Then, in 2011, they moved to Federal-Mogul Holdings Corporation as a Product Engineer.

From 2013 to the present, Espinoza has been working at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies. Andrew has held various roles, including Application Engineer, Process Development Manager, Technology Manager North America, Director Competence Center Transmission & Driveline, and Global Technical Director (Division P&D CTO). Currently, they hold the position of Global Vice President Technology (Division CTO), where they are responsible for the development of strategy in areas such as sustainability, digitalization, and operational excellence across multiple manufacturing sites and countries.

Andrew Espinoza obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University, where they attended from 2006 to 2010. In terms of additional certifications, they acquired the Red X® Apprentice certification from Shainin - The Red X Company in September 2019. In 2018, they completed the Individuals' Leadership Development Program (ILDP) at Krauthammer. Andrew also obtained certifications in Design for Six Sigma - Taguchi Methods (IDDOV) from ASI Consulting Group, LLC, and Six Sigma Green Belt from Federal Mogul Corporation, but the specific years and months of acquisition for these certifications were not provided.
