Anuja Karlmarx

Anuja Karlmarx serves as the Senior General Manager of Human Resources at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies since June 2023, bringing extensive experience in human resources management. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources for the Automotive Division at ITW India Private Limited from November 2015 to February 2023, and Head of HR at Fichtner Consulting Engineers from January 2008 to October 2015, where responsibilities encompassed HR and administration for PAN India operations. Anuja also headed the HR Department at Polycrest from January 2006 to May 2008, where the focus was on establishing HR functions including recruitment and policy development. Anuja's educational background includes a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of Madras and Ethiraj College for Women, along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Madras Productivity Council.
