David Scharlotte has extensive work experience in engineering roles. David started their career in 1991 as a Manufacturing Engineer at Barry Controls, where they worked until 1995. In 1995, they joined Freudenberg Sealing Technologies as a Principal Tooling Engineer, and they have remained in this role since then.
David Scharlotte attended Western Kentucky University from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Technology Teacher Education/Industrial Arts Teacher Education. Following this, from 1989 to 1990, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
