Heather McMullen

Heather McMullen, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources and community development. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies since April 2017, McMullen has also owned The Little Green Bean Boutique, a unique children's store focused on local artisan promotion from July 2010 to July 2016. Prior to that, McMullen worked as an Independent Contractor for the East 10th Street Civic Association and the Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership, contributing to community redevelopment and homeownership initiatives. Earlier career roles include Human Resources Representative at Carrington Mortgage Services and Human Resources Administrator at American Sr. Communities. McMullen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Indiana University Indianapolis, earned between 1996 and 2004.
