Ludger Neuwinger-Heimes

Ludger Neuwinger-Heimes is currently the CFO at Freudenberg Sealing. Prior to their current position, they held various finance-related positions at different companies including bardusch GmbH & Co. KG, the NOK-Freudenberg Group (China), Freudenberg Nonwovens, Weingut Würtzberg, NOK-Freudenberg Singapore Pvt. Ltd., and Freudenberg Sealing Technologies.

Ludger Neuwinger-Heimes has been in the finance industry for over 30 years. Ludger started their career as a management trainee at Deutsche Unilever GmbH in 1984 and then became a corporate controller at Freudenberg & Co in 1986. Ludger remained in that position until 1992 when they became the CFO at Freudenberg Spunweb Company. Ludger stayed at that company until 1996 when they moved to Freudenberg Nonwovens where they remained until 2002. In 2003, they became the CFO at Freudenberg NOK General Partnership and held that position until 2005 when they became the CFO at Freudenberg Haushaltsprodukte KG, a position they held until 2007.

In their current role as the CFO at Freudenberg Sealing, Ludger Neuwinger-Heimes is responsible for the financial planning and analysis of the company. Ludger also oversees the accounting, treasury, and tax functions of the company.

Ludger Neuwinger-Heimes has a Diplom in Angewandte Volkswirtschaftslehre from Universität Hamburg and a Vordiplom in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from RWTH Aachen University.

They are on a team with and Matthias Sckuhr - COO. Ludger Neuwinger-Heimes reports to Claus Möhlenkamp, CEO.
