Deborah Kop

Deborah Kop is an experienced legal professional specializing in labor, employment, and benefits law. Since January 2011, Deborah has served as Senior Counsel for Employment, Litigation, and Compliance at Freudenberg Group, providing legal support and compliance management for North American business groups. Prior to this role, Deborah was Senior Counsel for Employment and Labor Relations at Freudenberg and managed a labor and employment law boutique at Deborah A. Kop, PLC from March 2007 to December 2010. Deborah also held the position of Assistant General Counsel at Lear Corporation, overseeing global labor and employment legal matters.
