Didi Xu is a self-driven and creative leader currently serving as the Head of Foresight Department at Freudenberg Technology Innovation, where they focus on anticipating future trends and technology developments while promoting innovation and collaboration. Didi previously held roles as R&D Manager and Senior R&D Manager at Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions, leading strategic projects and managing product portfolios. Prior to that, they worked as an Application Engineer at GE, developing application solutions for the aerospace industry.
