Jan Haass

Jan Haass has extensive experience in financial leadership, currently serving as the Head of Corporate Controlling & Accounting, Head of Corporate Treasury and Finance, Head of Finance - M&A, and CFO at Freudenberg Group since 2009. Prior to this, Jan held the position of Regional CFO North America at Freudenberg Nonwovens from August 2006 to February 2009 and worked in various finance roles at Freudenberg & Co. Kommanditgesellschaft between 2001 and 2007, including Head of Corporate Finance and Associate-Corporate Finance. Jan began a career in finance as an Audit Assistant at KPMG DTG-Frankfurt from September 1995 to September 1996 and served as a Research Assistant at Universitaet Karlsruhe (TH) while completing a PhD thesis from September 1996 to September 2001. Jan holds a Diplom Wirtschaftsingenieur degree in Business Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, obtained from 1989 to 1995.
